HELLO Morning Blueberry Smoothie

Most smoothie recipes are sugar bombs that further disrupt our blood sugar regulation. This smoothie will provide you with the right ratio of Protein/Fats/Fiber/Carbs to start off your day properly fueled.


HELLO Morning Blueberry Smoothie

Makes 1 serving


Ingredients:


12 oz of Water

1 Serving Protein powder*

2 Tbs of Freshly Ground Flax Seed

½ Green Banana - yes green - more resistant fiber

1/4 C Blueberries

1 Serving of Super greens**


Ice cubes (optional)


Directions:


1. Place all ingredients in a blender in the order listed. Add ice if preferred.

2. Blend until desired consistency


Note:


* I use Vega - Organic Gluten/Dairy/Soy/Egg/ Sugar Free

Note: Average serving of protein is 20g-25g Female - 30-35g Male)

** I use Dr. Axe's Organic Supergreens
