Ingredients
1 Apple sliced
1/2 Cup full fat coconut milk
1 tsp ground cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
A splash of ginger and cardamom - optional
1 Scoop of your favorite Vanilla protein (mine is PaleoProtein or Sunwarrior)
1 Scoop of of your favorite collagen (mine is Vital Proteins - Collagen peptides)
1 Tbs coconut butter
2 Tbs of white Navy or Cannellini beans - you will not taste it I promise
1/2 cup ice or water

Combine all ingredients in a high-power blender and enjoy!
